Folkstyle Duals
Format
Team-based dual tournament. Team awards, individual awards for team champions, and an outstanding wrestler award for every team. Headgear required.
Division
High School: 8th-12th grade (48 teams)
Weight Classes — HS
98, 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 144, 150, 157, 165, 175, 190, 215, 285 (3 lb allowance)
Open Tournament (Optional Add-On)
Format
Rapid Fire double-elimination through 4th place. Awards for top 4. Wrestlers may enter multiple divisions. Wrestlers do not need to be in the duals to participate.

Schedule
Wrestling begins at the conclusion of the duals between 2:00-3:00 PM Saturday. Tournament concludes within ~3 hours.
Weigh-Ins
Duals weigh-in counts for the open. Additional 1:00-1:30 PM Saturday weigh-in available for pre-registered open-only wrestlers. No satellite weigh-ins.

All wrestlers must complete the online waiver before weigh-ins. Singlets required. Officials will check skin, nails, hair, and facial hair.
