Spartan Duals
Format
HS (20 teams) and K-8 (10 teams). Pool wrestling with crossover into different divisions. Awards for Top 3 High School and Top 2 K-8.
Team Details
Includes Spartan Duals — 19 wrestlers (14 starters, 5 reserves). Teams receive 2 corner passes.
Rosters
Starting wrestlers with 5 alternates and 2 corner representatives. Teams can add wrestlers from other teams. No team jumping. Grades 7-12 eligible for HS division; Grades 1-8 for youth. 7th & 8th graders can wrestle both rosters.

Weigh-Ins
No allowance. Satellite at your club Thursday or Friday (must be submitted Friday).
Period Length
HS: 1:30-1:30-1:30 • K-8: 1:30-1-1 • College out of bounds rules. OT is 1 min + 30-sec ride out.
Spartan Individual Challenge (Optional Add-On)
Format
Individual Tournament — Round Robin Pools of 5 (when possible). Madison Weights. Girl’s pools formed when possible (folkstyle). Awards for top 3 in each pool.

Grades K-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-12
Entry / Weigh-Ins
Weigh-ins 2:00 – 4:00 PM at Spartan Arena for those not in the Duals. If you wrestled in the duals, that weigh-in will be used.
Start Time
Begins at conclusion of duals (approx. 4:45 PM). Period length same as duals.
