He earned All-American honors at AAU Junior Olympics and was a three-year starter, Team Captain, and DI National Qualifier at Sacred Heart University. He competed at Johnson &#038; Wales University and went on to have an accomplished career as a Professional MMA fighter with 18 fights. Also a proud US Army Veteran, embodying discipline and leadership on and off the mat.
