We’re fired up to kick off our in-season Sunday practices! These sessions will zero in on film review, light drilling, and targeted position-specific and wrestler-specific improvements. We’ll also have a TV set up for video breakdowns — so make sure you record your matches, especially the tough ones, and bring the footage!
